Full Induction Training for social care workers includes:

This is a five-day course and is essential training for any new care worker recruits.
The Common Induction Standards are linked to the Health and Social Care Award or Certificate (can be used as 24 credits towards a full diploma).
Our training can be tailored to meet your needs, we can provide a venue for you or we can come to your workplace whichever you prefer.
