Working with SCA, whatever your role, you can be sure you are playing a vitally important role in delivering health and social care to the people in our local communities who are most in need.
Through innovation we aim to design, deliver and improve services that directly benefit our members, patients and the communities in which we live and work.
We encourage staff and volunteer contribution to this aim by offering the support, training and commitment that empowers you to make a difference. We regularly invite staff and volunteers to tell us what they enjoy most about their work and we ask for ideas on how we might improve.
You can be assured the training you will receive is of the highest calibre. Whether it's NVQs for Care Workers, MiDAS Assessment for Drivers or fully supported Continuing Professional Development for Dental staff, our training providers are selected for their ability to deliver the right training in a meaningful way.
We value the diversity of backgrounds, skills and knowledge our staff and volunteers bring to their work. If you are passionate about providing services of the highest standard and would like to share in our ambition to make a positive contribution to communities and the environment, please contact us for details of job opportunities or take a look at the following job pages.
