Commitment to Quality and Control

The SCA Group is committed to quality service provision which it believes is best achieved through staff motivation and service user monitoring. 

A service user satisfaction survey is carried out annually with the results being presented to the Board and action plans developed regarding improvements to service development and delivery.

The Quinn Centre (our training centre) has Investors in People status.

ISO 9000 is an important control mechanism for our Domiciliary Care and Support Service Units.  Plans are in place to extend this to our Support and Wellbeing Centres.

We believe our commitment to the above, together with our status as a social enterprise makes us different from other providers in the sector.
