The Phoenix Club is Now Open!
The club is open to all older people who would like to get together with others of a similar age, for tea, cake and a chat. The club runs weekly from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
There is a charge of £3.00 to cover costs.
No prior booking is required
Fenwick 2 Gym now Open!
We have a small cardio vascular Gym at Fenwick 2 which has now been opened to the public.
There are cardio vascular classes on Tuesday evenings at a charge of £6 per session. Alternatively for as little as £22.00 you can opt to be a member and have unlimited use of the Gym facilities.
Personal training is also available upon request.
All Gym users have to undergo an induction class.

Yoga at the Fenwick 2
There is a weekly Yoga class beginning 4 November 2008.
The class will start at 6pm and the charge is £6.00 per session.
