The Big Lunch was dreamed up by Tim Smit (The Eden Project Chief Executive and Social Enterprise Ambassador) and Paul Twivy one morning at the Eden Project. They and their team are hoping that on the day (Sunday 19 July 2009), neighbours everywhere will sit down and share their food, music and company in a national celebration of community.
