Newcos will either be internally generated or externally generated ideas and may or may not be SCA subsidiaries.
An initial investment in SCA infrastructure (IT, Marketing, PR and Web capability)
At least £850k available for interest free loans for approx 8 newcos to be repaid on over a period when break-even reached.
Develop Professional Advisors Panel
Launch Fund to potential social entrepreneurs
"Investment" Criteria
Must have common social purpose with SCA.
Must enter into Incubator contract for services from SCA Group .
Must be a social enterprise with all profits being re-invested (actual constitutional vehicle optional).
Must be South Coast located (Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex & East Sussex) .
Must be in Social and Healthcare Sectors.
SCA hold one management position on Board.
