The 101 Lottery Club
Your Chance to WIN PRIZE MONEY and help Fenwick2 at the Same Time!!
We're very excited to tell you about our new project, the 101 Club.
Fenwick 2 is starting a lottery club to raise funds towards services provided in the centre. In the interests of fairness, different services will benefit throughout the year from any monies made.
To make the lottery a success, we need at least 40 people to sign up. The monthly payment is £5.00, with 50% allocated towards the prize money and the other 50% allocated to, at this time, the bathing service.
There will be 3 prizes each quarter. This means that if we have 40 members, there will be £300 available for prizes each quarter and £300 to help run services.
However, to make the lottery even more successful we would like to raise the number of participants to 101. This would generate £1,515.00 per quarter, with £757.50 allocated as prize money.
Based on the above calculations for 101 members the first prize will be £378.75 (50%) the second prize will be £227.25 (30%) and the third prize will be £151.50 (20%) All winners will be notified by email or telephone.
The winning numbers will also be posted on our website and emailed out to all members.
Once we have 40 people signed up the standing orders will be sent to the banks and the first draw will take place 3 months later. Participants will be advised via email when standing orders have been sent out. All standing orders will be dated 1st of the month.
The first service we'd like to fund from the lottery is the bathing service.
This is available to all elderly, frail or disabled people from in and around the New Forest. With the help of Cllr Holding from NFDC the bath is now serviced and ready for use.
However there are continual running costs and the lottery money could go a long way to helping us continue the service. As monies are allocated to different projects at the centre throughout the year the members will be informed.
I hope you will consider supporting Fenwick 2 with this exciting project and help to make the lottery a success. Once we have enough members to go ahead we will set the date for the first draw and notify everyone concerned.
