Day Care
The Day Care service provides activities and support for older people in different venues across Southampton. You can find out more about our day centres here.
As a Day Care Co-ordinator, you will organise a small team of paid staff and volunteers to deliver a programme of fun and stimulating activities. You will also undertake some administration and record keeping duties.
Day Care Workers support the Co-ordinator with activities and help to ensure a warm welcome awaits service users.
Most of our day care vacancies are part time. You do not need any qualifications but must be organised and enthusiastic. We provide full training and ongoing support. Take a look at our current vacancies to see available Day Care opportunities.
