SCA's High Dependency service is delivered by highly trained care workers who usually work in pairs to deliver care to service users with more complex needs. This allows for the care workers to arrive at the property together and reduces the number of care workers to a minimum.
This service operates in both Poole and Southampton, using two teams of people in each area. The service can be accessed via Poole Adult Services and Southampton Adult Services respectively.
