SCA has been successfully delivering a quality advocacy service for approximately fifteen years in East Hampshire and Dorset.
SCA Advocacy empowers and enables vulnerable people in our society to find solutions to problems that they have in their lives.
These problems and issues can involve one or more of the following:

About SCA Advocates:
SCA Advocates are volunteers who are fully trained and come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds. They are experienced in dealing with many of the issues which arise in advocacy work.
SCA Advocates work on a one-to-one basis with service users and according to a strict confidentiality policy.
About SCA Advocacy:
SCA Advocacy is available under contract, through spot purchase with local authorities or as a privately purchased service for individual service users. Advocacy can be provided across East Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton, Eastleigh, The New Forest, East Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole.
SCA is available as free service in Bournemouth to people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and or sensory impairment, aged between 18 - 65years and funded by Bournemouth Borough Council.
SCA Advocacy also provides an IMHA (Independent Mental Health Advocacy) service across East Hampshire.
In addition it is a free service to older people and people with a learning difficulty aged over 18 years of age in Havant and Petersfield.
SCA Advocacy is available by spot purchase to local authorities who have service users living in areas where there is no contracted service available or where an independent or alternative advocacy service is required.
SCA Advocacy is also available to purchase privately for individual service users.
SCA Advocacy is experienced in working with most service user groups including people with mental health needs, older people, people with disabilities and younger people.
