There are several cafés around the New Forest; the ones held at Fenwick2 are:
For Stroke Carers:
Held on the 2nd Monday of each month 10.30am - midday in the Resource Room, Fenwick2.

The Carers Room
The Carers Room at Fenwick 2 is managed for the New Forest Carers Forum by Vicky Hamilton Vey who is a Carer Support Worker for The Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Hampshire seconded to The New Forest Carers Forum.
The New Forest Carers Forum arranges a variety of Time Out activities for Carers living in the New Forest area, such as Relaxation Days, Craft Days, Outings, Events, a Singing Club and a Kurling Club. Most of these are held at Fenwick 2 and Vicky also attends the Carers cafes and meetings held in the New Forest on behalf of the New Forest Carers Forum and The Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Hampshire.
Vicky also broadcasts a radio programme on The Park Community Radio for the New Forest on 96.9fm, called "Carers Voice", which aims to reach isolated carers who are unable to leave home as well as others with local information, interviews, hints and tips and quick and easy recipes. The programme goes out on fm but also online live each Tuesday from 10-11am, repeated on Thursday 2-3pm and Monday 7-8pm.
The Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Hampshire has two other workers in the New Forest: one doing home visits with support, help and information; and one who goes out to do emergency plans, so with Vicky at Fenwick 2 there is a comprehensive support system for the area.
