We've just seen Sunny at the Trafalgar dentist. He was really lovely with my little boys and knew exactly how to set my eldest at ease when he was having his check up. Really great service, thank you.

I registered with the practise about a year ago after years & years of dental neglect. I was allocated Dr. Drenski as my dentist. There were no lectures or complaints about my lack of dental care, he just started to correct the disaster he found in my mouth with great skill and patience. I have had extractions, fillings and some root canal work, carried out with no pain or after effects. He did suggest that it might be better to have the root canal work done privately but although money was not a consideration I had such faith in Dr. Drenski that I said that I would prefer him to do the work. The only niggle that I have with the practise is over the number of reminders I receive over appointments. I had two SMS messages on Saturday and two more on Sunday. In between these was a call from the staff (which would have been enough on its own).

I wanted to say how much I got out of the training yesterday, I really wish I had used the iPad and videoed it for the Quality Team. Every obstacle or negative offered by those present Paula swiftly overturned and offered a positive slant or solution. She remained pleasant and entertaining but did not give an inch on accepting the option of leaving poorly performing staff (tutors) in place, instead she gave practical advice on how to engage with them to drive forward improvement. I have written down some of her comments to share with the QA Team as I know these will make a welcome antidote to what can feel like an up-hill struggle with staff attitude to the OLE process. Thanks for including me in the day, Briony – Aspire Sussex.

Have lived abroad for 10 years so this was my first experience in the UK for many years,and I was very impressed. Appointment on time, Dentist and assistant very polite, patient, informative and professional. Surgery very clean and orderly.

During my treatment SCA (Totton ) I can now really smile , Absolute first class, felt very comfortable with my dentist , she did an outstanding job and they always made sure i was ok . Top Notch !
